I'm Dazjon
Hi! I'm Dazjon Ross, a New York based Graphic Designer and the creator behind Dazjon Designs whose mission is to amplify the voices of determined and growing small businesses and organizations.
Born and raised in New York, Harlem specifically, I got my creative interest sparked by a local after-school program. From there I tinkered in claymation, graffiti, and watercolors, but once I discovered digital imagery in high school I knew I had found my niche. After college, I began using my skills to grow and share the services of businesses and nonprofit organizations in my neighborhood. Today, I continue to create brands and amplify missions by building visual identities, writing content, and developing websites with people in mind.
As I continue my career, my goal is to develop language to peak curiosity, craft imagery to evoke emotion, and implement strategies that ensure long-term success. By connecting people with what they need, I hope to create access and inclusion for all.

Developing people ops with leadership to scope, kickoff, and socialize global collaborations to leverage relevant content created by teams, successfully amplifying IPG Health’s global employee network

Owning the strategy, long term vision and user experience for the IPG Health content hub, delivering information to an employee audience of 6,500+ via IPG Health’s intranet and global newsletter.

Launched internal communications strategy by leading intranet site web architecture development, launched department evaluation systems and organized event marketing for partnership acquisition.

Increased department project scope by developing end-to-end communications plans to maintain vendor relationships and execute partnership communications.

Produced digital graphics and written communications, in collaboration with the creative team, for the organization's internal and external websites, corporate newsletter, Instagram, Facebook, and Google ads for an audience of 200k+ stakeholders and growing.
